| Who the heck sells 500 million of anything? I’m really lovin’ this podcast thing because I get to talk about all kinds of things that have helped me become the entrepreneur, father, husband, and man that I am today. And this past week I recorded an episode all about a guy who has had a profound impact on my life in so many ways. The name Mark Victor Hansen may not ring a bell for you, but I’ll bet a couple of C-notes that you at least know of a few of the books he’s written. Mark is the co-author of the Chick Soup For the Soul books. When I say books, I mean A LOT of books. Altogether he’s sold over 500 million copies! And he just happens to be a friend of mine. Now, I didn’t interview him on the podcast yet. But now that I say it out loud, that sounds like a really good idea. But I did share some of the things Mark has taught me over the years that have helped push me down this path of success. For example, Mark would always say that dreaming big requires clarity. Clarity requires faith. And faith must be followed up with action. It’s small things like this that I needed to hear, and still need to hear, to keep my head straight. At the end of the day, success is mostly a result of our attitude and mind. If we don’t think we can do it, we won’t. Mark is a great guy to help you get your head straight lol.
