| Last week I shared with you how the time I spent with Mark Victor Hansen was so incredibly valuable to me. Mark taught me that the greatest asset we have is our minds. And that when focused and determined, we can transform our ideas into profit. I’m not saying that physical work is bad or undignified. I’d be nowhere without my team of plumbers, electricians, and carpenters. I respect and appreciate what they do. And they are well compensated for their skills. But an employee only exchanges their time for money. The result? A consistent paycheck every Friday. But a creative mind can do so much more. As a real estate investor, you have a choice of how you will use your mind. Will you pursue ordinary profits like an ordinary investor? Or will you leverage your intellectual gifts by pursuing your most profitable prospects? Probate allows you to become extraordinary by doing the latter. To be fair, it’s not always easy. You need to put the time in to become a trusted probate resource. You have to learn how to overcome objections and handle the heavy blows of rejection. But once you do, the rewards are amazing. Work as much (or as little) as you want while making serious money on the most profitable deals in real estate – probate! Like I always say, solving big problems results in big profits.
