A Conversation with My Porsche Race Car Driver

I just returned from my time in Atlanta, Georgia and I have to tell you that the more I am there, the more I love that city and its people.

But one cool thing that I had not planned on doing was to experience what it feels like to be a race car driver at the Porsche Experience Center.

Definitely a memorable experience were you can indulge in everything Porsche.

Yes, to go around a race track at over 100 mph is an experience I will never forget but what left me thinking was the conversation that I had with one of the instructors.

This “expert” displayed an incredible sense of calmness as we drove through curves, and sharp turns at speeds that exceeded well over 100 mph…yikes!

Was my heart pounding???…

Uh-huh!!!

But by being under the guidance and in the presence of a totally centered “master” of his craft, I was able to shift my focus to the task at hand and enjoy the process.

My instructor was not just a driver but is actually a coach which allowed for a wonderful conversation since we both are individuals who have dedicated our lives to teaching and training others in our own respective craft that we are passionate about.

Did you know that these experts have daily rituals? Yep, and guess what- so do I, and so should you.

Every day they are required to drive and practice for a specific amount of time .

For me and my team we rehearse our scripts and we role-play everything from presentation and handling objections, to leading a prospect down the path to doing business with us.

You and I are the “experts” when it pertains to our craft of inherited real estate and therefore it should be your mission to bring a sense of peace to your prospects when they are communicating with you because even though their hearts may be pounding during the uncertainty of their probate process they can rest assured that everything will be OK because they are in the hands of an expert.

In order for you to become an expert you must work daily on mastering your craft.

I’m not sure where you are at in your real estate career but do know that everybody starts somewhere and the sure way to improve is to make it a daily ritual to practice your craft.

Just like my new friends at the Porsche driving experience are passionate about teaching people the safety and expertise behind the wheel, I am passionate about teaching you how to provide the best service to a market of inherited property sellers, so reach out and let me know if there is a topic that you would like more information on and if you’d like to learn more about our

To your success,

Ernie ”Behind The Wheel” Vargas

P.S. I posted a video of my experience on instagram. (You don’t need an account to watch it) https://www.instagram.com/theprobatefox/
