| So tomorrow is Independence Day. While most people are posting memes about fireworks or long weekends on their socials, I’m sitting here reflecting on what happened way back in 1776 that made our forefathers rise up against tyranny. It’s pretty crazy when you really think about it and put yourself in their shoes. By signing the Declaration of Independence, they were basically signing their own death certificates if their plan for freedom ended up failing. Those guys had guts. So what’s happened to our society over the past 247 years? Every year we seem to get softer as a society. Less willing to fight for what’s right. Trading those hard fought freedoms for tyrannical security and handouts. But not all of us. There are a few of us left willing to go against the status quo and actually put in the work necessary to achieve the success most “ordinary” people only dream of. The vast majority of millionaires earned their fortunes through real estate. And right now there’s no better real estate niche than probate.
