Kathy and I just got back from Cleveland yesterday. What an amazing three days! I love getting together with other great marketers. There were incredibly successful entrepreneurs from all different types of businesses there with me.
And I got to learn from the feet of the masters. Master copywriters and marketers Dan Kennedy and John Carlton over-delivered as usual.
Events like that always get my creative marketing juices flowing and amazing ideas seem to come out one after another!
And that’s what sparked the idea to create a mini-course to show you how to get a huge jump start on probate foreclosures.

I was pretty pooped out yesterday. We got up at 4:30am in Cleveland (which is 1:30am back home in Los Angeles) to head to the airport. Even though we were only there for a few days, the late nights and jet lag can really wipe a guy out!
A solid night of rest was had and now I’m ready to take on the world!

Oh, before I let you go – I’ve been keeping up on my training for the 65 mile hike I’m doing with Ernie Jr. In fact, I haven’t felt this healthy in years! We’re going on a eleven mile hike with 50 pounds on my back tomorrow morning. Wish me luck (and say an extra prayer)!
