Man-Eating Tumbleweed

As I was scrolling through Facebook yesterday, I came across a video of a gigantic tumbleweed rolling down a four lane highway here in California.

I’ve never seen a tumbleweed that big – it literally looked like a brown Volkswagen beetle tumbling end over end down the highway.

I love living in southern California. The weather, the food, the culture – it all adds up to one of the best places to live in the world. But there are some things I’d rather not deal with. I’m not a big fan of the political culture here. And I could definitely do without the Godzilla-sized tumbleweeds trying to take over the highways.

But if you can learn how to navigate these obstacles and do what you can to not only protect your family, but make where you live a better place of others too, you can leave a positive mark on this world.

This is exactly how I approach probate real estate. Nearly 8,000 people die each and every day in the U.S. This is a sad reality in and of itself. But it also means that every single day, thousands of families are going to have to deal with an estate stuck in probate.

There just aren’t enough trustworthy, honest real estate professionals who have the training to help these poor souls. They need you to become a probate authority and help them untangle the confusing web of probate so they can sell the house they inherited.

Most ordinary people try to get into real estate just to make money. With probate you can not only make more money than those ordinary investors do, but you can do it while leaving your own mark by helping people who desperately need your assistance.

To your success,
