Mother Nature Gave Me A Twofer Yesterday

Living in southern California, it’s rare that something will catch me off guard. There are some crazy people who do pretty crazy things around here.

But the craziest thing that’s happened here in a long time is Hurricane Hilary hitting us yesterday. Well technically they call it a cyclone since it is in the Pacific Ocean and by the time it hit land it was downgraded to a tropical storm.

But still, we got a lot of rain and wind – way more than we’re used to. I did a bit of digging and found that the last time a hurricane hit Los Angeles was way back in 1939.

But one natural disaster wasn’t enough. While we were in the throws of torrential wind and rain, we got hit by a 5.1 magnitude earthquake! Mother Nature gave us the ole one-two punch.

Luckily I had the foresight to prepare for the storm so we survived it unscathed.

All of this craziness reminds me of the real estate market right now. Inventory is so tight and home prices are incredibly still on the rise.

Finding discounted properties has become nearly impossible for just about everyone.

But not for those of us that know where to look.

It doesn’t matter what’s happening in the world or what the market or economy is doing. Probate real estate is the one absolute constant that will never let you down.

While everyone else is fighting over a few sparse overpriced properties, you’ll be cashing in on discounted gems with huge margins.

And it’s the margins that allow me to come and go as I please, spending tons of time with my family. I simply don’t have to work as much as ordinary investors who have to turn over property after property to make the same profit I make off of just one probate property.

To your success,
Ernie “Bring It On” Vargas | The Probate Fox
