I like to stay on top of the news and every now and again a story catches my eye that not only makes me chuckle a little but also makes me question our societal norms.
In Denmark, a museum gave Jens Haaning, a Danish artist 84 thousand dollars to create two works of art to put on display.
What did Jens create? Two completely blank canvases and titled them “Take The Money And Run”. This is real. You can’t make this stuff up.
There’s a lot of modern art out there that my kids could have produced when they were toddlers. But this is hitting a new low.
It seems like every other day there is a new unbelievable tactic and a breakthrough course being released.
Often they’re just selling the modern art equivalent of a pre-school art project. Or worse, they’re basically selling a blank canvas for thousands of your hard-earned dollars.
Stick with the fundamental. Find quality, highly motivated sellers. Become a trusted friend and solve their problems.
And the best part is both you and the seller will benefit! They need someone trustworthy to help them untangle their probate mess and you are there to look out for their best interests. It’s a total win-win situation.
Committed to your success,
