I know it’s been a while since I’ve sent you an email. My deepest apologies are in order.
I recently got back from a 20 state tour of the United States. My wife, Kathy, our four kids, one of their friends, and our dog, Kalaya, came with us for our tour of America.
The trip wasn’t all play – I was able to visit friends, colleagues, and successful real estate investors whom I have grown to call friends over the past 20 years of my real estate investing career.
Sure, we got some sightseeing and hiking in. But the most valuable thing I did over those two a half weeks was talking to local residents and getting a feel of how people are living day to day in this “so called post-pandemic” world. I wanted to gain first-hand knowledge of how people are spending their money and time and how they have been impacted by the changes since 2020.
Since I’m sort of a nerd and love the probate courts, I did some research along the way of the probate courts. Many are teetering back and forth between being open and closed. And there are some that have remained completely shut. Obviously this has a major impact on both the personal representatives and people who service them, like you and me.
The good news for you is that I’ve discovered there is still a ton of opportunity in this country. Families and personal representatives need help from strong leaders like yourself. Unfortunately, strong leadership in this country is in short supply these days, but that’s a topic for another day.
One of the biggest problems people are struggling with is fear. Never in my life have I seen so much fear paralyzing both society as a whole and individuals.
But there is opportunity in these obstacles. There are many ambitious and creative individuals who have seen incredible growth in their real estate business.
Why?
They have not allowed fear to hold them back.
Personal representatives across the country are struggling. They are stuck in probate they need to move forward but they lack confidence because most of the people who reach out to them are weak and full of fear themselves.
These weak real estate investors are approaching folks looking for a quick payday and are afraid they are going to lose the deal. What they should be focusing on is a genuine concern for the person in front of them and the problems they are facing.
Be a strong leader for these people in need and you will be greatly rewarded.
I have so much more to share with you that I will talk about in the next few weeks, but for now, stay grounded, be the voice of hope, and find solutions for your probate prospects.
Be the leader your community so desperately needs.
Committed to your success,
Ernie “I’m Back Baby” Vargas | The Probate Fox
