Opportunities are like precious moments; they don’t always come back around, and it’s up to us to grab them when they appear.
If real estate has caught your attention and you’ve decided it’s your niche, it’s time to commit.
The truth is, no one stumbles into success by accident.
You have to decide to succeed, to persevere, and to keep pushing forward when things get tough.
That’s the mindset that separates the dreamers from the doers.
Let me share something personal. Lately, my time has been focused on caring for my mom, who needs more help these days.
It’s been a blessing to be present for her, to oversee her health, and to keep her spirits high.
And let me tell you, that wouldn’t be possible if I didn’t have the freedom that real estate has given me.
When I first started out in this business, my goal wasn’t just financial, it was about freedom.
I wanted to coach my kids’ sports teams, lead youth groups, and soak in all those little moments that make life sweet.
And because of real estate, I was able to do just that.
Today, that same freedom lets me drop everything at a moment’s notice to be with my mom.
That’s a gift I’ll always be grateful for.
But none of this happened overnight.
It took years of persistence, learning, and dedication to turn probate real estate into the vehicle for the life I wanted.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others see the potential this niche holds.
Probate isn’t just about making money.
It’s about being a problem solver, a guide for families dealing with the complexities of inheriting a property.
It’s a niche for people with a servant’s heart who understand the value of time and the importance of creating lasting memories.
Lately, I’ve felt called to share my journey and extend my mentorship beyond real estate.
I’ve taken on the role of a big brother or older male role model to young men, helping them navigate their personal lives. It’s been incredibly fulfilling to encourage them to open up about their struggles and offer guidance where I can.
Today is my birthday, and I’ve been reflecting on what really matters.
Lately, I’ve also been exploring ministry opportunities, both locally and internationally.
But through it all, my passion for real estate, especially probate, hasn’t wavered.
To those of you considering probate real estate, I say this: stay focused on the opportunity in front of you.
Time is finite, and you’ll want to make the most of it for yourself and your loved ones.
If you choose this path, know that I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
And with the free class I’m launching soon, I can’t wait to help even more of you thrive in this amazing niche.
Here’s to seizing opportunities, living with purpose, and celebrating the moments that matter.
To your success,
Ernie “ Invested in Life” Vargas
