A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

One of the all-time ugliest houses that I wholesaled was the one that came with a truck, a panel jeep, a 28ft RV, and two other junkers.
As a matter of fact they were all junk!
None of the vehicles had pink slips and it was up to me to dispose of them.
In addition, the property had one other big surprise in store for me…
A HUGE Africanized killer bee hive tucked in one of the trees on the yard.
Here are some pics of the property…
BUT where there are problems, there most definitely is profit.
The seller did not want to deal with any of these problems. They just wanted to get rid of the property. Because I was willing to take these problems off his hands, He gave me a deep discount.
Sellers facing problems in probate is not at all uncommon. As a matter of fact ,it is one of the most common themes that you will find with folks who inherit real estate.
You’re more than just a real estate investor or wholesaler. What you really are is a problem solver.
In this particular deal I knew there was one person who I could count on to help our seller.
And this person was my Probate Fox super star alumni Alex.
Now you’ve heard a lot about Alex this week and that’s because Alex has been able to make a full-time real estate career out of mastering one single niche – probate.
Alex and I laughed after the deal was done because he told me he had never seen a house that was as ugly as this one.
But at the end of the day, Alex and I laughed ourselves all the way to the bank because it still produced a massive payday!

There is nothing more that I love than to be able to share strategies

and even deals with my Probate Fox students.

Committed to your success,
Ernie “Your Probate Coach” Vargas | The Probate Fox
