| We’ve had an amazing kick off this January. Many of our Probate Fox family members are thriving and they have reported back their level of success. Now, their early success in 2024 is no accident. They took the time in December to meticulously prepare for a successful January. As a result, their current success is neither a surprise, nor difficult, because of their strategic planning for this outcome. Last month, we went over a few sessions where we started to think about what we wanted out of the coming year. What were the actions that people had to take? What were the obstacles that held them back from success last year? It took a lot of self reflection and a lot of commitment to think through what they wanted to have happen. This is where most people stop. And this is exactly why most ordinary people don’t achieve success even if they put all of this work in. Thinking about goals and planning action is great. But if you don’t actually DO it, it will all come to nothing. And this is why I held each and every one of them accountable for what they said they were going to do. But speaking about it, and even being held accountable still wasn’t enough. They each took ownership of their commitments and their goals. Ownership is everything. Over the last few days, I’ve spent some time doing some teaching to the general public and results have been wonderful.
