I was rewatching the Ant-Man movie with my kids the other day. I don’t watch a ton of movies, but this is a fun superhero movie I sort of like. There’s a line from the beginning of the movie that struck me. The character Hank Pym, played by Michael Douglas, is in a heated argument with his business partner Howard Stark. Towards the end of the exchange, Howard says to Hank, “Don’t let your past determine your future.” This quote is powerful to me because I have so many Probate Fox students who, before they came to me, felt trapped by the circumstances of their past. Some were stuck in a dead-end job. Others were investing but struggling to find deals in the competitive market and worried they would have to go back to the 9 to 5 grind of a regular job. One of the hurdles I helped them overcome was their limiting belief that they were a slave to their current situation. They believed that the consequences of their past actions would not allow them to become more than what they were at that point. The truth is you are destined for so much more. We all are. It is within your grasp. Sadly, most people don’t believe they are worthy of the freedom that probate real estate brings because of their past decisions. This is simply not true. Don’t be your own biggest self-defeating obstacle. You deserve so very much more. When you’re ready, I’m here to help. When you’re ready to get out of your own way and take that first bold step, go to www.probatefaststart.com and watch my new free probate training.
