Have You Met Dennis Block?

Yesterday I attended a conference to listen to Dennis Block speak. If you’ve never heard of Dennis Block, it’s probably because you don’t own rental property in Los Angeles.

He is an attorney who will help you evict squatters, unwanted occupants, and bad tenants. He’s not the only attorney in L.A. who provides these essential services, but he is one of the best.

The rent moratorium in Los Angeles has expired and will allow for the rents to be increased at the beginning of the year so there are a lot of people like myself who are getting ready to take action. Some landlords have tenants who haven’t paid rent for 35 months!

Some people don’t like him so much – mostly the people who end up in his crosshairs. But to me, he’s a hero.

And working probate you’ll find opportunities to use his strategies to the benefit of families who have inherited property. It doesn’t happen all the time, but every now and again you might find a family dealing with an intruder who is occupying the property and is not paying rent or has somehow taken the house hostage.

The media tries to paint these people as victims. The real victims are the property owners who have been stripped of their property rights by an overbearing government.

Becoming a probate expert is really a transformation into a super hero of sorts. Families who have inherited property are struggling with all kinds of problems.

It’s your job to solve those problems and be their hero. And when you do the rewards are more than a big thank you and a hug. Probate super heroes get to live a lifestyle most people only dream of.

Don’t settle for ordinary. Be extraordinary.

To your success,
Ernie “The Hero Maker” Vargas | The Probate Fox
