I recently placed a for sale by owner sign on one of my projects.
It’s on a busy enough street and I thought I would get some attention from cash investors…
and sure enough I did!
Because if you are interested in wholesaling a house or off setting a fixer, speed is as important as a qualified buyer.
It’s important to have the buyers list before you need them because when you have a property tied up, it’s too late to barely be looking for a buyer.
You need your cash buyers in place already.
It’s an old and simple but extremely effective low-tech trick that I have used for years.
