It’s The Stupid Ones Who Get Eaten By Alligators

I’m finishing up a week in Orlando.

I always try to maximize every trip and this time I got to spend some time at Disney, meet up with some key real estate investors and I have day 2 of my mastermind today and fly back home to good old Los Angeles tomorrow morning.

One thing that amazes me about Florida is the alligators.

They’re everywhere! But you won’t really see them unless you’re looking for them.

And if you’re not looking for them, sometimes it’s too late.

Just the other day they found some poor soul’s remains in gator-infested waters in Martin County.

I don’t know what he was doing there, but I’m pretty sure he wasn’t looking out for alligators.

I’m keeping my eye peeled until I get on the plane to go back home. Ain’t no alligator gonna get the jump on me!

It’s too bad we all aren’t this alert when it comes to our real estate business.

There are “alligators” sneaking around just out of sight waiting to take you down.

You may think those alligators most likely to get you are your competition or government regulations or taxes, but the most deadly alligators you need to worry about are hiding inside your head.

And this is true especially when it comes to probate real estate.

There’s a ton of money to be made in the probate niche, but you need to get your mindset straight or you are going to find mediocre results at best.

Although most people usually get gobbled up by that voracious alligator lurking in your head.

If you want some tips on how to spot and overcome these alligators, check out my “Probate Cold Calling Mindset Secrets“.

Later alligator!
