I’ve seen a lot of people come and go in the world of real estate investing.
Some take action and make things happen, while others get stuck in the endless cycle of learning but never doing.
This story isn’t new; I’ve watched it play out over and over again at every seminar I’ve ever hosted or attended.
Let me introduce you to a few characters…types of people I’ve encountered time and time again.
First, we have “Steve”.
Steve is what I like to call a “seminar junkie.” He buys every course, every program, but he never seems to put any of it to use.
For him, it’s all about validation, being able to say, “Yeah, I bought that course. I’m in that group.” But here’s the problem: Steve’s stuck. He loves being recognized for his purchases, but when it comes to taking real action? He freezes.
Then there’s “Gary”.
He’s the classic **cheapskate**. Gary is all about getting the most bang for his buck, but he’s so focused on squeezing every penny that he never fully commits.
He’ll pay for the lowest-tier program and expect $10,000 worth of value for his $10.
Gary’s mindset is holding him back.
He’s caught in a scarcity mentality, too scared to invest in himself and his future.
He’s missing the bigger picture because he’s too worried about the price tag.
Now, meet “Dylan”.
Dylan loves to talk about who he knows, but not just anyone.
He’s constantly name-dropping big names in the real estate world. He’s always talking about how he knows this guru or that successful investor, trying to impress people by his associations.
But here’s the thing, while Dylan’s busy telling everyone about who he’s connected to, he’s not actually doinganything. He’s not closing deals or taking action because he’s too wrapped up in trying to belong and look important.
And then there’s “Sarah”.
Sarah’s the type who knows everything…in theory. She’s read every book, has taken every class, but she’s paralyzed by overthinking.
Classic analysis paralysis.
Sarah’s smart, but she’s stuck in her head.
Fear keeps her from taking that first step, so instead of moving forward, she stays in the endless cycle of learning but never doing.
But let me tell you about “Chris”. Chris came all the way from Texas to one of my seminars in California.
This guy didn’t just show up, he made things happen. He flew in, rented a car, and hit the ground running.
He soaked up everything I had to teach, and by the end of the day, he was already working on his next steps. Chris didn’t wait for the perfect moment.
He didn’t get stuck in analysis or worry about whether he was ready. He took action.
Chris is a doer.
He’s the kind of person who knows that success doesn’t come from just learning.
It comes from applying what you’ve learned. And that’s what sets him apart from the Steves, Garys, Dylans, and Sarahs of the world.
Chris didn’t care if he didn’t have every single piece of the puzzle in place yet.
He knew that the key to success is to take that leap and learn as you go.
Here’s a quick reminder.
If you’re ready to take that step, keep an eye out because in just a few weeks, I’m releasing a completely free course to help people get started in probate real estate.
This course is for anyone who’s tired of watching from the sidelines and is ready to make things happen.
I’m super excited to bring this to you, and I know it’s going to open doors for so many of you.
If you’d like to be the first to know as soon as this course drops, just reply to this email with your name and contact info, and I’ll make sure to reserve a spot for you with a priority release notification.
So, where do you see yourself in this story?
Are you going to be like Steve, Gary, Dylan, or Sarah
…watching and waiting?
Or are you ready to be like Chris, stepping up and making things happen?
The probate niche isn’t for the faint of heart, but if you’re ready to take action, this is where the real opportunity is.
And the best way to dive in is by becoming part of our Probate Fox family.
Don’t sit on the sidelines any longer, wondering what happened.
Be the one who makes it happen.
Let’s get you started on building your own probate empire!
To your success,
Ernie “Always the Doer ” Vargas
