The Mexican Alien Invasion

Have you seen the mummified remains of ancient aliens from Mexico that have been in the news this week?

I, for one, am a bit skeptical. Never mind the fact that the previous “aliens” this self-proclaimed “ufologist” has presented in the past have turned out to be bogus. But this particular little guy looks a little too much like a dehydrated puppet from the movie E.T.

Maybe it’s my age, but I’m skeptical of a lot of stuff nowadays – especially in real estate.

It seems like a so-called real estate “guru” is coming out with the newest, greatest, and latest tactic (I call them shiny objects) just about every week. And they never seem to give you everything you need. They hold back just enough so you can fill their pockets while you get mediocre results. And by the time you’ve jumped on board, so has everyone else which means you’ve gotta move on to the next “shiny object.”

This is why I’ve stuck with the probate niche for the past 20 years. It is the one niche in real estate that allows you to work less while making way more because of the fat margin deals you’ll find regardless of what the market or economy is doing.

So is probate a shiny object? Not even close.

Why? Two reasons.

First, it takes a special kind of person to work probate real estate. You need to be be a compassionate and empathetic person who truly wants to help people in need.

Second, it takes more than watching an hour webinar to learn the secrets to doing probate real estate the right way.

To your success,
