There’s an Apple store just across the street from our Probate Fox offices here in Pasadena. This past Friday I was completely confused when I rolled up to my office here in L.A. There were hundreds of people waiting in line across the street. People of all ages and backgrounds together in a line that went down the street and wrapped around the block. Teenagers in ripped jeans in line were in line next to businessmen in pressed suits with hippies and hipsters sandwiched in between. What in the world could possibly bring a group like this together? Then it dawned on me. There’s an Apple store across the street. They were all waiting for the doors to open so they could be the first to get the new iPhone 15. They could have ordered it online, but they decided to spend their valuable time baking in the morning southern California heat so they could pick it up in person. It’s crazy how Apple instills such a fierce loyalty in its customers. And a huge part of that loyalty comes from trust. Wanna know the secret to dominating your market with the probate niche? While everyone else is showing up to buy the house, create an unbreakable bond of trust by showing up to help them solve their probate problems. But that’s easier said than done. You need more than a basic knowledge of probate. You need to understand all of the problems and struggles they are dealing with. You need to know how to talk to them. You need to become their hero. To your success, Ernie “The Apple Man” Vargas | The Probate Fox |
