| This week I celebrated my daughter Victoria’s birthday at one of our all-time family-favorite restaurants. Luciano Ristorante is my family’s go-to restaurant for any special occasion. Luciano was born and raised in Rome and brought his family and his recipes to Los Angeles over 20 years ago. The Italian cuisine he serves up with his son is the real deal. And it’s crazy that you might not even notice the restaurant while walking down the street. It’s one of those hidden gems that only people in the know are privy to. We had a great time, and it just reminds me of how important it is to be the absolute best at what you do. Luciano and his family serve all of their guests with authentic joy. This is the reason they don’t need to run a ton of ads or have a flashy storefront. Treat people like family and they will love you right back. The same is true with probate real estate. I’m not saying we’re not in business to make money. I love the freedom and lifestyle the probate niche has given me and my family. But helping people through a tough time in their lives with true joy that comes from the heart is what creates real success in this niche.
