Oops, Wrong Address!

Working probate, you run into all sorts of problems and obstacles you need to help your seller overcome.

But there are some problems that are beyond what even I can help with.

I read an article this weekend about a lady in Atlanta named Susan Hodgson. While she was out of town on vacation, a wrecking crew came to her property and demolished her house.

It turns out they had the wrong address.

And worse yet the company who leveled her house won’t call her back!

The article said house was boarded up, but the grass was cut and the yard was clean. I’m guessing it was a house she had inherited and was going to eventually sell.

Now that I think about it, I would be able to help this lady out. There’s no bringing her old house back, but I could help her deal with the legal aftermath and help her move forward.

Honestly this is what I love about the probate real estate niche. If I wanted to do the same thing day in and day out, I’d get a regular job. I love using my brain and helping people who don’t know what to do or where to turn.

And there’s always a hefty payday for your efforts. Like I always say, the bigger the problem, the bigger the payday!

To your success,
