Now, before we go any further, I’m not going to try to sell you anything today.

As both an investor and as a coach/teacher, I believe integrity comes first.

One of the reasons I got into probate real estate two decades ago was to help poor families who were lost in the probate process.

There are a ton of piranhas out there just waiting to pick them clean. And these people are easily taken advantage of. Most of them are basically stuck in quicksand and have no idea how to get out.

But they have a lawyer who’s looking out for their best interest, right? WRONG! There are a lot of lawyers out there who just don’t know service when it comes to probate.

Enter the piranha real estate investor who can’t wait to pick their victim clean.

It’s our job to protect them from these parasites and help both parties benefit from our relationship.

I’m not a piranha coach who inflates the price of my courses so I can sell it at a deep discount on holidays.
