Smiles and Making Dreams Come True

I’m just home from one of my properties that is under restoration and what a joyful feeling I had.

There I was speaking with one of our contractors when his wife and children stopped by to visit him and since my wife happened to be with me, the two wives hit it off in conversation.

My contractor shared with me how so many of the neighbors have stopped by and thanked him for the beautiful work he is doing because before we were in the picture, the house was a huge mess. It was such an eye sore in the neighborhood.

I was outside for a minute and a man in a pick-up truck stopped and asked if I was the owner because he wanted to personally thank me. Wow! It’s moments like these that remind me about how valuable our service is to the communities. It is such a gratifying feeling when someone compliments your work and recognizes your value to the neighborhood.

And then if that wasn’t enough, my wife informed me that my contractors wife absolutely loves the house and would be happy if she could raise her family in it.

Since I’ve been rehabbing houses for 20 years, I’d say my wife and I have a pretty good sense for design but I will emphasize “my wife”. She’s just a natural.

Now here is where the story gets better and not just for me but for you as well.

Whether you are a wholesaler or retailer, you are responsible for bringing inventory to the marketplace. Home ownership is still the American dream. When you get to add beauty and a smile on someone’s face because you are helping them realize their dream; I’m telling you it’s pure joy!

Here’s to bringing more smiles and making dreams come true.

To your success,

Ernie Vargas
