Need a Friday Chuckle?

I’ve been back for a couple of days now and I’ve gotta say it’s good to be back.

The two weeks I spent on the trails with my son, Ernie Jr., was absolutely amazing, but I did miss the rest of the Vargas clan and, to be honest, I missed working.

I absolutely love helping other real estate investors create the same success I’ve found by teaching them how to absolutely crush the probate niche.

And now that I’m back, I’m working on some new higher-level courses and coaching that will help you become a probate real estate ninja at warp speed!

But the weekend is upon us and I teach that you need to unwind and enjoy life. I mean, that’s why we work so hard during the week, right?

As I was hiking over the past couple of weeks, the dads on the hike were sharing their best dad jokes.

I love a good dad joke and I stumbled upon this youtube video from a couple of years ago with Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg in a “You Laugh, You Lose” contest.
