As you continue to develop you’re real estate business, I urge you to look at it as that, a…business!
There is a saying that speaks to this. It says, “If you treat your business like a business it will pay you like a business, but if you treat your business like a hobby it will cost you like a hobby.”
I’m wrote this on my way home from Chicago where I had spent several days investing my time, continuing to develop my business, as well as, supporting my peers in the development of their business.
We do this in the form of a mastermind and if you have been reading my emails, you know that I am a strong advocate for and have been in masterminds for well over 10 years. You might also know that I am in the process of launching a mastermind, a new coaching program, and the master classes in 2019. As promised, I will be releasing more details about them this week.
Anyways, when I speak about developing your business, I’m not only referring to finding more leads, rehabbing, or listing more real estate. Even though all of that is important, I also want you to think about carefully planning your day to day activities so that your time is utilized on achieving the results that you really want. Which leads me to the common theme, that we at the mastermind kept asking ourselves… What is it that I really want my business to look like?
I mean really stop and think about this question. Not what is your business expected to look like or what has every “supposable“ YouTube Guru made you feel it should look like.
But instead, what is it I want out of this business for me? What is my lifestyle? What are myvalues? What are my true desires? What am I willing and not wiling to do? If you are not sure, I would recommend that you take some alone quiet time to really find the answer to this question foryou.
To your success,
Ernie “Hoping You Find The Answers“ Vargas
P.S. Be on the lookout for the unveiling of The Vault-Masterclasses, later this week.
