I have this picture in my office where my real estate sales team can always turn and be reminded of what it takes to really get to success. We experience plenty of failure and rejection‘s but because we are persistent, we work hard, and are disciplined we reap the rewards. It’s easy to doubt ourselves especially when we almost had a deal or even when we lost it altogether. We often turn to this picture and are reminded that we are supposed to go through these things that are underneath success. That’s how we grow and that’s how we ultimately reach our height’s.
