July 4

Signing Your Own Death Warrant

Happy Independence Day!

I’m in Rome for the next two weeks so I won’t be able to celebrate the 4th like I normally would. I’m a typical guy – I love blowing things up! But I don’t think that would go over so well on this side of the pond.

Did you ever think about what it would have been like to be an American Revolutionary back when our country was founded?

The brave men who signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4th, 1776 were a rare breed. They were basically signing their own death warrant.

Signing that document was an act of treason against the English crown. If they didn’t succeed, they were dead men. Their wives would become widows and their children would be fatherless.

It takes a big set of kahunas to do something like that.

It reminds me of what Napoleon Hill says in his book, “Think And Grow Rich.”

He talks about burning bridges so you can’t go back. The only way you will survive is by moving forward. That’s what our founding fathers did.

Where are you at with your real estate business? Ever feel like you’re stuck? Like there’s more out there but your constantly missing out while so many other people (who don’t have half the brains you do) are striking it rich?

At some point, you need to follow Yoda’s advice.

Committed to your success,
Ernie “Buon 4 Luglio” Vargas | The Probate Fox
