Finally a 95% Discount Lands in the Hands of the Right Operator…


I was in my mastermind group Friday and we were talking about our favorite subject…


It turns out that one of the guys in the group just purchased a machine that is generally sold at $200,000 however he was able to pick it up for a measly $10,000.

You have to ask yourself how and why? Well, it all boils down to one statement:

You could have the best equipment but if you don’t know how to run your business then…

the equipment is useless. 

Now stop and think about that for a minute and think about how that applies to you, and to what you have at your disposal.

It could be that you have plenty of knowledge because you could have purchased different courses and studied different programs but if you did not put that study into action then what was that education and knowledge that you gained worth?

I even see it happen where folks purchase my Probate Leads in any given part of the country but they do absolutely nothing at all with them.

Their end result is that they get nothing back in return. 

They have the best lead source in the world of real estate but they just simply don’t know how to use these leads.

My experience and my knowledge is here to be shared with others and if somebody chooses to take the el cheapo route and not invest in themselves then they unfortunately end up like the $200,000 machine that is begging for a buyer at $10,000.

Probate is the best machine that produces the biggest batch of motivated sellers so my advice to you is make sure that you understand how to run this segment of your real estate business.

Read some books, listen to a podcast, attend an event. These are all great ways to continue to grow in your knowledge base with this niche so I encourage you to do so, however the most important way to speed up your learning curve is to get out into the field and become a practitioner of that which you study. 

This coming week I encourage you to either start or expand your direct marketing campaigns, pick up the phone and begin your telephone prospecting, or you could even get out there and knock on a few doors that you are really interested in.

The point is to just absolutely do it and do it now! 

Ironically that $10,000 purchase of a machine will generate my friend well over $200,000 not because of the machine but because of the hands that it is in.

1.) He makes darn sure that he is up-to-date with the how-to so that he is a master of his craft

2.) He is all about taking immediate action!

And it is just the same with the probate prospects whom you make contact with this coming week.

Invest in yourself, and take massive action!
