What? they’re……back…?
Lately I’ve been having more and more conversations with my inherited property sellers about their estate dually going through probate and foreclosure.
It’s been a while since I have seen my probate files with a notice of default but for some reason, I’ve gotten three of them over the last week.
And that was just this week.
That is an important thing to take note of. I don’t yet know if it is a sign of a change in the market but I am monitoring it. I’ll be sure to keep you in the loop.
In any case, I’ve lived through a few cycles and each and every cycle presents itself with a wave of opportunities.
There is no such thing as a bad market for those that know how to stand in the path of opportunity and be prepared to take advantage of what has been placed in front of them.
A probate experiencing a foreclosure will present you with the opportunity to help an unfortunate estate to save the greatest asset that their loved one left them behind, however you need to be ready.
