Wait is That a Rattlesnake in My Backyard?

I was just about done with this flip when after a heavy season of rain my backyard was left with an overgrown backyard full of weeds.

Typically that doesn’t stop me from putting a house on the market; however this neighborhood is known to be filled with rattlesnakes and just recently a child was reported to be bitten by a rattlesnake not too far from this property.

The last thing I want is a prospective buyer walking through this backyard jungle of weeds with rattlesnakes hiding in between them.

Anyway, I was thinking how we might all possibly have some “weeds” in our business that we need to clean up so to speak.

For example, I’m always reviewing my campaigns and marketing strategies so that I am sure to get rid of the ones that are not producing in an ever-changing market.

We are almost halfway through the year so make sure that you are paying attention to the actions that are bringing you the results you want and just as important cleanup and eliminate the “weeds” that potentially could be hiding a deadly rattlesnake…that could kill your business!

To your success,

Ernie “Cleaning Up” Vargas
