How I Turned One Deal Into 25

One of the best ways that I’ve been able to dominate my real estate business without having to chase and beg for business is by cloning my best sellers.

Let’s take Jerry for example.

I’ve had 25 transactions that I can trace back to this single individual.

Jerry was an individual who I helped through probate, and from this successful closing, he raved about how great I was to his attorney. His attorney referred me to his attorney friend, who in turn referred me to one of his best friends and referred me to his coworkers, who in turn referred me to their family members.

In all this generated – five retail listings, seven mortgage loans, three private money loans, two hard money loans, four wholesale deals, and two retail flips plus another one that is closing escrow in two weeks.

Add all that up. With Jerry’s original deal, I ended up with 25 different deals by working with Jerry.

So how did I make this happen?

I did it by taking care of my number one asset that nobody else has.

What is this unique asset that I alone possess? You can’t find it on the internet and you can’t use Chat GPT to copy it.

It’s me.

We all have our own unique way of dealing with people and our reputation is an asset that we must protect, but we must also encourage people to refer business to us.

I always go out of my way to thank each and every single client by gifting them some special, thank you cards and gifts whenever we deal in business together.

Blowing your clients away should not happen by accident or chance. It needs to be systemized so it happens every single time.
